He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Carramusa and Olimpia Carramusa (Ciresi); and his siblings, Gaetano Carramusa and Giovanna Gandolfo. He is survived by: his brother Giuseppe; his wife Pierina Carramusa (Petrioli); his son Gaetano (Jacqueline); his grandson Logan Carramusa (Desiree); his great grandchildren, Liam and Ryker Carramusa; his daughter Rylan Johnston (Caitlin Carramusa); his grandchildren, Kloey, Branson and Baelie; and his children, Bianca, Leila Carramusa, William and Kingston Biro.
