He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Shawn; his daughter-in-law Shelley; his daughter CherriLynn; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Bruinsma (Jane), Andrew Bruinsma (Loretta), Herman Bruinsma, John Bruinsma, Pearl Nienhuis, Gay Thurner and Jackie Bruinsma.
