He is survived by: his parents, Paul and Melonie; his siblings, Audrey, Samuel and Hendrik; his grandparents, Wilbur Linker, John, Kay Wierenga, Herman and Janny Molenkamp; and his aunts and uncles, Bert (Jackie Mulder), Jon (Michelle Bult), Ivan (Sarah Van Assen), Brian (Regina Wierenga), Rodney (Kristi Wierenga), Martin (Gaylene Van), Nathan (Charlene Gallagher), David (Michelle DeBoer), Chad (Maria Meelker), Philip (Rachel Wierenga), Jonathan (Mika Wierenga), Jason (Kayla Van) and Ahe.
