In loving memory of Lorne Raymond Barnes (Lacombe, Alberta), who departed this world on February 14, 2025 at the age of 90. Lorne leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Barnes and Bethel Barnes; his brother Lyle Barnes; and his great grandchild Lukas Oszust. He is survived by: his wife Lorena; his children, Cheryl Christie (Steve) and Stephen Barnes (Kay); his grandchildren, Lorena Nicholas (Eric), Kathy Oszust (Matt), Silas, Elijah and Trinity Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Lylah, James Oszust, Lillian and Jayda Nicholas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and an abundance of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lacombe Pentecostal Church (40331 Range Road 27-1, Lacombe, AB T4L 1K7).
