He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Jody and Kristy; his sisters, Jenny Wemekamp (George), Fredrika Peters (Joe), Rikie Feringa and Dinie Hamoen (Case); his mother-in-law Irma Charlton; and his siblings-in-law, Alie Vogelzang and Jim Charlton (Nancy).
