He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ellen Kliewer; his parents, Ruth MacIntosh and Howard MacIntosh; and his sister Laurie Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Valarie; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Don; his grandchildren, McKenna and Riley Nadeau; his niece Marni Avery; and his nephew Bradley Kerr.
