He is survived by: his parents, Carrie (Ed) and Allen; his sister Caitlin (Brady); his nephews, Wyatt and Landen; his niece Abigail; his grandmother Kraft; his aunt Dorleen (Dave); and his cousins, Robert (Tanya) and Yvonne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in honour of Jeffery Kraft.
