He was predeceased by: his parents, Andries Woltjer and Antonia Woltjer; his wife Mini; his parents-in-law, Dirk and Hendrika Simmelink; his siblings, Jurjen Woltjer and Corrie van of Vegt-Woltjer; his parents-in-law, Wim Nijhuis, Jan Hogenbirk, Koos Visser, Jan Simmelink (Johanna), Henk Simmelink (Jo), Ben Simmelink (Betty) and Bill Simmelink; his great grandchild Nathaniel Wildeboer; and also Roy Woltjer.
He is survived by: his children, Andy (Edna), Annette Wiersma (Murray), Herb (Debi) and Jeanne Ebens (Marvin); his grandchildren, Angela Wildeboer (Steve), Sarah Woltjer, Amanda Rein (Jordan), Mitchell Woltjer (Amanda), Ben Woltjer, Carmen McKerrow (Steve), Lindsay Wiersma, Amber Nagel (Johnathon), Stuart Wiersma (Kelsie), Meryl McPherson (Dave), Erin DeHaan (Troy), Brandon Woltjer, Travis Ebens (Brooke), Kayleen Sandin (Jesse), Alana Babcock (Justin), Russell Ebens, Leah Ebens and Payton Ebens; his brother Klaas Woltjer (Betsy); and his parents-in-law, Gerrie Woltjer-Van Ulzen, Jan van of Vegt, Lennie Simmelink and Harry Simmelink (Irene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
