Hazel Heistad Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 88, Hazel Heistad of Lacombe, Alberta, born in Olds, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Heistad to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her daughter Vicki Merkus; her brothers, Murray Boettger and Allan Boettger; her parents, Walter Boettger and Margaret Boettger; and her in-laws, Joe and Hedvig Heistad.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Quiding (Murrough), Wanda McNaught (Dale), Joanne McNaught (Terry) and Debbie Heistad; her brothers, Larry Boettger (May), Glen Boettger (Cathy) and Blane Boettger (Denise); her sister-in-law Pearl Boettger; and also Clark Merkus. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wilson''s Funeral Chapel (6120 Hwy 2A, Lacombe, Alberta T4L2E5).
