Francisca Bencio Selirio Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francisca Bencio Selirio of Lacombe, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Francisca leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cayetana Bencio and Roberto Bencio. She is survived by: her husband Isidoro; and her daughters, Tanya (Chris Tolley) and Belinda (Chris Salewich). She is also survived by 3 grandsons, 3 sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson's Funeral Chapel (6120 Hwy 2A, Lacombe, Alberta T4L2G5). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (5128 53 St, Lacombe, AB T4L1J7).
