He is survived by: his former wife Minke Breukelman (Tilma); his children, Fred (Amy), Melanie (Pieter), Allison (Andrew), Brenda (Simon), Carolyn (Phil), Katrina, Eric (Courtney), Ben (Kristen), Jerry (Jill), Laura (Theo), Lisa (Andrew), Greg (Lisa), Kimberly (Gary), Wilma Makkinga (Gerry), Michelle (Jeff), Mark (Christina), Brian (Emily), Kevin (Maria), Michael, Randy (Jasmine), Aaron (Jami), Brandon (Jessica), Devin (Lindsay), Arnold (Veronica), Rob (Lori), Jason (Jessica), Malorie (Nathan), Amanda (Luiz), Jessica, Calvin (Karin), Colin (Sheri), Kelsey, Ryan (Anastasia), Alfred (Brenda), Caitlyn, Lyndsay, Sarah, Christine and Ethan; his siblings, Sien Veurink, Alice Jaspers, Dien Cramer, Gerry Breukelman (Lena), Fritz Breukelman (Sylvia), Ben Breukelman (Ann) and Tini Bonthius (Hans); his sisters-in-law, Dien Marsman (Jan), Gerri Bisschop (Cos), Gerrit Brand and Johanna Bakker of Thunder Bay; and also, Ann Wildeboer (Alex), Rinda Armstrong (George), Klaske Langfort, May Feitsma (Johan) and Pier Tilma. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.
