Dorothy Aalhus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Aalhus (Lacombe, Alberta), who passed away on August 27, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Dockeray and Esther Dockeray (Holmes); her brother Alan; her husband Sten Aalhus; her children, Christine, Jennifer (Ross Pettibone) and Andreas (Carolyn Hubbard); and her grandchildren, Luke Mather, Mica, Glen Pettibone, Matias, Analiese, Mikaila, Kate Aalhus and Holmes.
She had a lifelong love of animals, never meeting a dog she didn't love; if people wish, a donation can be made in her honour to a local animal shelter.
