He was predeceased by: his parents, William John "Bill" Pickett and Adeline May Blenner-Hassett; his wife Lorna Dorothy Pickett (Hall); and his siblings, Hugh, Eleanor and Bruce.
He is survived by: his children, Jo Anne Schneider, Gary Pickett (Gayle) and Bob Pickett (Verna); his brother Jack Pickett (Doreen); and his son Don. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
