With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bill Rainforth of Lacombe, Alberta, born in Alix, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bill left this world on September 26, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the vast expanse of eternity, Bill shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bill farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Rainforth and Darlene Rainforth; his brother Harold; and his great grandchild Brevity. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Michael Rainforth (Dawn), Tracy Bergstrom (Steve) and Andrew Rainforth (Shannon); and his former spouse British. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, their Spouses, and 1 Great Grandchild; numerous Extended Family, and many dear Friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Clive Baptist Church (4716 50th St, Clive, AB T0C0Y0).
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to either the Clive Food Bank or the NICU in the Red Deer Hospital.
