He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ignat "Mike", Mary Tichonuk, Fred and Katie Poholski; his father Walter Tichonuk Sr.; and his son Morgan Riley Tichonuk.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Tichonuk; his daughter Ashlee Tichonuk; his stepdaughters, Cassandra Tremblay and Samantha Tremblay; his granddaughter Morgan "Peanut" Tremblay; his mother Evelyn Tichonuk; his siblings, Terry Tichonuk (Colleen), Kathy Sawitsky (Jim) and Janice Bryks; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan Bryks, Mathew Sawitsky, Evan Tichonuk, Brittany Bryks and Haley Tichonuk. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that monetary donations be given to Mission View Funeral Chapel towards the cost of the funeral.
