She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Monias and Algina Monias; her grandparents, Joe, Marie Louise Gregoire, Julian and Lillian Monias; her siblings, Edna Monias, Morris Monias and Glen Monias; her nephews, Kyle and Trevor Monias; her uncle Eugene Monias; and her close friend Teddy Ross.

She is survived by: her husband Wilfred "Chicken" Cardinal; her children, Curtis Monias (Marie), Shawn Monias (Bolenda), Waylon Monias (Trudy), Garrett Monias, Merle Monias and Kenneth Monias (Christina); her grandchildren, Kendall, Amber, Carson, Jayda, Jaylin, Tuff, Jana, Javyn, Destiny, Tara, Evan, Savannah, Waylon Jr., Kailynn, Jursey, Isiah, Cherai, Jared, Marlee, Carter, Allysa and Tamara; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Chevy, Weston, Aviana and Calian; her brother Mike Monias; and her close friends, Shelley Boucher, Lisa Monias and Venessa Monias. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins aunts and uncles.
