Myrtle Matist Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2019, Myrtle Matist (Lac la Biche, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edmond Matist; her siblings, Allan Whitford, Gordon Steinhauer, George Whitford and Kathy Whitford; and her nieces, Kathy Tremblay and Tania Steinhauer.

She is survived by: her children, Mildred Davies of Bonnyville, AB and Dwayne Whitford of Edmonton, AB; her siblings, Henry Whitford (Angie), Arnold Whitford, Dehlia Steinhauer, Virginia Whitford and Mary Brertton; her siblings-in-law, Edward Desjarlais, Louis Cardinal, Suzy Whitford and Delia Memnook-Whitford; and her uncle William Whitford (Clara). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces & nephews & other relatives.
