She was predeceased by: her husband Alex York; her son Donald; her great grandchild Daniel; her son-in-law Ken Kamke; her parents, Donald and Mabel; and her siblings, Donald, Carol, Darlene and Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Lamoureux (Morris), Patricia Halitsky (Dennis), Jean Kamke, Janet Lacey (Robert), Gary York (Renee), Jacqueline Grekul (Ed), Cathy Steele (Grant) and Donna Ferguson (Scott); her grandchildren, Raymond Lamoureux (Colinda), Theresa Cardinal, Paulette Halitsky (Richard Prosper), Carmen Evanchusky (Doug), Christopher Kamke, Alexander Kamke (Lauren), Bobby Kanarek (Aga), Carmella Forbes (Clint Baldwin), Karla Caddarette (Holly), Sherrie Kanarek (Daniel Schreiner), Michael Kanarek (Stacey), Jennifer Patterson (Casey), Eric Johnston, Deidre Collins (Jon), Lisa Beniuk (Shawn), Shannon Grekul, Darren Grekul (Miranda), Nathan Rachewich (Stephanie), Kayla Rachkewich, Vanessa Mcgregor (Ryan), Dylan Eby and Austin Eby; and her brothers, Herb Barnes (Karen) and Russ Barnes (Lila). She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
