He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Cloutier and Ephraim Cloutier; his parents-in-law, Antoinette and Martin Schaub; and his siblings, Paul Cloutier, Leo Cloutier, Emile Cloutier, Henri Cloutier, George Cloutier, Andre Cloutier, Joseph Cloutier, Alice Schaub and Ida Dribnenki.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Cloutier; his children, Angelle McDougall (Kirk) of Port Coquitlam, Lucien Cloutier (Dayna) of Edmonton, Richard Cloutier of Inuvik, NWT and Sandi Cloutier (Glendall); his grandchildren, Bradley Plamondon (Vanessa), Timothy Plamondon (Kristin), Dustin Cloutier, Aaron Cloutier, Abigail Cloutier, Nicholas Lavallee, Alexandra Lavallee and Gianna Lavallee; and his sisters, Theresa Schaub and Jeanne Roy of St. Albert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
