She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Stewart and Ken Stewart; and her brother Ken. She is survived by: her children, Colleen (Jon) and Byron; her grandson Malcolm; and her siblings, Dianne, Linda (Glen), David and Lila (Peter). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jackie's name to the Lung Association, or a charity of one's choice.
