He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Tillapaugh and Anne Tillapaugh; his siblings, Lorraine Henderson and Bobby Tillapaugh; and his brother-in-law Elroy Roeder.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Harpe (Ryan); his siblings, Dolly Roeder and Jimmy Tillapaugh (Connie); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Tillapaugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
