He was predeceased by: his former wife Audrey; his parents, Fred and Mary; his brother Hal; and his brother-in-law Dave.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Melissa, Casey, Frederick (Debi), Billie-Jo, Travis (Sue), Chad (Christina), Wyatt and Destiny (Tyler); his grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Sullivan, Charity, Josiah, Christopher, Kenneth, Daniel, Mary-Lena and Scarlett; his siblings, Clara, James (Joyce) and Martin; and his sister-in-law Mary.
