She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her parents, William Shapka and Mary Shapka; and her siblings, Katherine, Sophie, George, Steve and John.
She is survived by: her son Robert (Vicki); her grandchildren, Cassandra, Mikayla and Garon; and her sister Anne Parkes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Florence Mulyk, formerly of Lac La Biche, passed away on May 12, 2018 at the age of 83yrs. after a lengthily and courageous battle with Alzheimers.
