She is survived by: her children, Camille Gauthier-Payne (Sean), Jordan Gauthier (Bobby-Jo) and Joshua Gauthier (Katelyn); her grandchildren, Koen, Lein, Brin, J'Lyn, Gabriella, Benjamin and Blake; her mother Maria Kozakevich; and her siblings, Bernie Kozakevich, Shirley Taylor (Tony), Orest Kozakevich, Dale Kozakevich (Lea) and Eugene Kozakevich (Charlene). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
