He was predeceased by: his son Richard Winger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, David Winger (Kim), Peggy Wharrick (Tom) and Lori Sachko (Jason); his grandchildren, Chadwick Winger (Heather Aggus), Adina Reid (Randy), Ben Winger (Victoria), Marla Sachko, Chloe Sachko and Aaron Sachko; and his great grandchildren, Eli Reid, Dawson Reid, David J. Winger and Abby Winger.
