She was predeceased by: her brother Trevor LeBlanc; and her grandparents, Johnny LeBlanc, Roy Baker, Dorice LeBlanc (Cormier) and Helen Baker (Markley).
She is survived by: her boyfriend Tim Deraaf; her children, Kyndra LeBlanc, Blayden Chisholm and A'ryah Chisholm; her stepchildren, Jersey Deraaf and Cooper Albert; her parents, Emery LeBlanc and Cheryl LeBlanc; her sisters, Angela Doiron (Daniel) and Mamie LeBlanc; her nephew Milo Doiron; and her former husband Shawn Chisholm. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that monetary donations be given towards the costs of the funeral.
