He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Mann; his son Jason Goodfellow (Sara); his grandchildren, McKenna, Madison, Brooklyn and Georgia; his children, Tanner Goulet (Jessica) and Brenna Elliott (Jamie); his grandchildren, Aria and Kade; his great grandchild Jessie Mann; and his siblings, Rhonda Stasiuk (Dave), Paul Goulet (Gail), Kim Goulet (Jack) and Vonnie Bosch (Richard).
