He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Caroline Slack and Wilfred Roy Slack of Kitscoty, AB.; his son Jimmy; his parents-in-law, Elmer and Doris Martin; and his brother Alan Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Chris and Cari; his grandchildren, Melinda, Breeanna, Jimmy, Ryzea, Holden, Kaylen and Amelia; and his siblings, Betty Rohla, Jim Lane, Ivan Slack (Lillian) and Warren Slack (Joanne). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
