He was predeceased by: his wife Marian; his siblings, Kirk, Bob Evans and Dolly Hines; and his parents, Dick Evans and Olive Evans.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna Orr; his children, Rick Evans (Julie), Murray Evans (Ramona), Mark Evans (Teresa) and Leanne Evans (Hugh Kendrick); his grandchildren, Andrew Evans (Vicki), Colby Brosseau (Jessica), Laurelle McPherson (Darcy), Caroline Evans, Maya Evans, Kai Bhardwaj, Nate Evans and Lily Evans; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Aralynn, Nora and Declan; his partner's children, Darlene Orr, Charlene Orr, Charlotte Orr (Larry Bexson), Garry Orr (Cindy), Jaxon Matthews and Karly Matthews; his sisters, May Lang and Tillie Ferris; his sister-in-law Betty Evans; and also, Crystal, Travis, Logan, Layne and Tayla Hawryluk.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kitscoty Community Hall (5202 51 St, Kitscoty, AB T0B2P0). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Kitscoty Community Cemetery.
