He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Armitage and Mary Armitage; his sisters, Joyce Armitage and Moore; his siblings-in-law, Don Priddle and Debbie Armitage; and his son-in-law Dwight MacKay.
He is survived by: his family Angus; his wife Hjordis Anne Andreson; his daughters, Hjordis'Jo-Anne'MacKay, Mary Lee Prior (Blake) and Patricia Armitage (Vern Chichak); his grandchildren, Clark MacKay (Janeece), Jarvis MacKay (Andrea), Reece MacKay, Jordyn Prior, Dallon Prior (Morgan) and Denver Prior (Shania); his siblings, Betty Holt (Clifton), Herb Armitage, John Armitage (Ardele), Donald Armitage (Iris), Doris Priddle and Ben Armitage (Carol); and his brother-in-law Pat Moore.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Kinsella Hall (305 King St, Kinsella, AB T0B2N0).
If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be madeto the Alberta Lung Association or the Kinsella Cemetery Fund.
