He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Monk and Bill Monk; his parents-in-law, Marge and Morris Lund; and his brother-in-law Pat Adams.

He is survived by: his significant other Lori; his daughter Tammy (Curtis); his grandchild Sidney; his great grandchild Dallas (Lindsay); his sister-in-law Susie; and also, Morleigh and Lainey. He is also survived by niece and nephew, and numerous relatives and friends.
