We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 97, Ruth Erikssen (Killam, Alberta), born in Sedgewick, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Storbakken and Adel Storbakken; her husband Gudmunn; her close friend Stan Swaren; her daughters, Ruby and Carol; her brother Roy; her sisters-in-law, Regina and Eleanor; her children-in-law, Lon Chisson and Liz; her children, Ronald, Roger (Linda), Thora Johnson (Dale), Linda Chisson, Bryan (Liz), Mervin (Lori), Laura (William) and Ed (Tracy); and her brother Ralph. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
