He was predeceased by: his parents, George Borgel and Bernice Borgel; and his parents-in-law, Alvord and Alma Gunderson. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Bryce and Kendall; his brother Brian (Deb); and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Schultz, Wilf Gunderson (Marlis), Garth Gunderson (Charleen) and Adele Gunderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
