He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Vincett and Beatrice Vincett; his wife Merle Joyce Currie; and his siblings, George, James, Horace, Walter, Fred, David, Helen, Ethel, Bertha, Mabel and Dorothy.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ellen Hockley; and his sister-in-law Mil Vincett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
