He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hampshire and Christine Hampshire (Gair); his wife Vivian; his siblings, Sydney Hampshire, Elizabeth, Bertha and Winnifred; and his nephew Keith Forster.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Gail Reichert and Dianne Vinet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
