He was predeceased by: his son Brent; and his father Darcy. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Braiden of Chanelle and Chloe; his siblings, Bernie, Gordon (Lynette), David (Judy), Wendy (Ben) and Debbie (Bernie); and also Justin of Dallas Grant.
Memorial Donations in memory of Jerry may be made to the Centennial Centre for Brain injury.
