She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Flora; her sons, Ricky and Clint; her siblings, Lorraine, Shirley, Raymond, Ralph and Donald; her granddaughter Marlee; and her mother-in-law Ursula Collins.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne Collins; her children, Dennis, Farrah, Julia (Christian), Wayne Jr., Latasha (Joel) and Lance; her grandchildren, Byron, Mathew, Cassidy, Jaron and Bryden; her great grandchildren, Braysin, Marley, Brayden and Zander; her siblings, Lawrence Whitford (Mary), Violet Whitford, Doris Howse (Wes) and John Whitford; and her aunt Rita Gladue.
