He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Perham and Selina Perham. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia, Wayne "Lammie" and Charlie; his children, Jeffrey and Lyndsay (Ethan); his great-niece Selina; and his friends, Clem, Tracy, Lena, Shane, Ursula, Allan, Ann Marie, Greg, Linda, Jasper, Louie, Selina and Teddy.
