He was predeceased by: his parents, Netti Penner and Frank Penner; and his brother Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Shannon (Kelsey), Graham (Evan), Shereen (Hayle), Chad and Fram; his sister Maybelle; his sister-in-law Lucille; and his former wife Carol.
