He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Dale (Tanis), Steven, Emil, Lori-Ann (Bradley) and Larry; his grandchildren, Kassidy (Greg), Darian, Brandon, Bailey, Kimberly, Ryan and Travis; his sister Licaria (Albert); his sister-in-law Elsie Dmytriw; his daughter-in-law Lori Dmytriw; and his godchildren, Linda Lindballe, Rosalyn Smith, Billy Yaremchuk, Theresa Kiryluik and Marilyn Koch.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery – New Buchach.".
