John Hlushak Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Hlushak and Mary Hlushak; and his siblings-in-law, Ernie Osachie, Walter Farus, Peter, Mary Kit, Bill Kit, Bob Mackney and Cornel Fedorak.

He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his children, Mitchel (Lindsey), Rodney (Val), Kirby (Cynthia) and Cynthia Hlushak; his grandchildren, Trent, Tricia, Michelle, Danielle, Shelby, Allysha, Ethyn, Carsyn and Kaelyn; and his sisters, Pearl Osachie and Iris Farus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
