He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken McLeod and Florence McLeod of Clive; his siblings, Rod McLeod, Forbes McLeod and Marie Willick; and his brother-in-law Paul Hermary.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Trevor; his children, Jacqueline McLeod (James Baillie) of St. Albert, Rhonda Ebbert (Trevor) of Innisfail and Darrin McLeod of Calgary, Alberta.; his grandchildren, Justin Ebbert, Carli Ingham (Brian), Miranda Ebbert (Garret Jensen) and Teigan Wright; his great grandchildren, Winter and Asher; his siblings, Norm McLeod (Catherine) and Kennethe Hermary; and his brother-in-law Rolly Willick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
