She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Chrumka and Marie Chrumka; her husband Joe Urban; and her siblings, Stephen Chrumka and Mary Telfer.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan, Jim (Karen) and Joseph (Lori); her grandson Jared (Megan); her son Maverick Urban; her granddaughter Joni (Jonathan); her children, Madelyn and Axel Nash; her granddaughter Jenna Urban; and her brothers, Alex Chrumka (Shirley) of Brooks and John Chrumka (Carmen) of Calgary.
