He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Urban and Cecilia Urban; and his siblings, Agnes, Julie and Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Agnes, Julie, Joseph (Lori), Daniel and James (Karen); his wife Josephine Chrumka; his grandson Jared (Megan); his great grandchild Maverick; his granddaughter Joni (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Axel; his granddaughter Jenna; and his sister Helen.
