It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonina Bernese Lewis of Innisfail, Alberta, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Hillman and John Hillman; her husband Bob; her son Wayne; and her sons-in-law, Randy and Stuart.

She is survived by: her sisters, Marilyn and June; and her brother-in-law George Lewis (Helen).

“Stewart ( Jean ) Stephanson We join many family and friends , that are sad to see that Bernice has passed. Her parents were close friends to mine (each at one end of the SAND ROAD) My earliest memory of Bernice and Bob, was traveling with my parents and brother , to visit the couple and very young children, at a mobile home court located on west edge of Sundrie.. We made the trip with her parents John and Dora. Many visits were at Fensula Hall over time. She was a wonderful person to have known”
