He is survived by: his wife Henny; his children, Tracy (Michael Knecht), Tony (Irene Hill), Sheila Gunston and Louis Begin; and his grandchildren, Brennan, Avery, Anaya and Noah.

A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 104, 5108 - 49 Avenue, Innisfail, Alberta on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Jack's honor may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation at http://www.heartandstroke.ca or to STARS at http://www.stars.ca.
