He is survived by: his wife Cindy Shook; his daughters, Courtney Pusey (Corey) and Melissa Shook (Nathan Hanoski); his granddaughters, Kennedy, Eden, Ryan and Raven; and his sisters, Eleanor Shook, Bonnie Keats, Mona Planiden and Nancy Shook. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
