Elizabeth Jackson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2025, at the age of 94, Elizabeth Jackson (Innisfail, Alberta), born in Port Colborne, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Barankay and Joseph Barankay; and her brothers, John, Steve and Alec Barankay.

She is survived by: her son Robert Jackson (Tracy) of Lousana; her grandchildren, Jordan Jackson (Jordie) of Red Deer, Shelby Prysunka (Bryce) of Red Deer, Morgan Harbaruk (Tyler) of Sherwood Park and Kacey Jackson of Red Deer; and her great grandchildren, Lenah and Harry Prysunka.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Innisfail Legion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Heart and Lung Foundation or Stars Ambulance in her memory.
