She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Plato and Julius Plato; and her siblings, Viola Haney (Howard), Myrtle Haney (Harold), Doreen Plato and Theodore Plato.
She is survived by: her husband Rod Oakley; her stepson Corby Oakley (Denise); her stepgranddaughter Jessie of Corby; her stepdaughter-in-law Laurie Lohman; her stepgrandchildren, Whitney Moore (Luke) and Kade Oakley (Candyce); her brother Vernon Plato (Dorothy); her sister-in-law Elfriede; and also, Kyell and Brayden Larnie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
