She was predeceased by: her brother Ted; her son-in-law John Wiun; and her parents, Maurice "Shorty" Carter and Nellie Carter. She is survived by: her husband Gunnar Hansen of Innisfail; her children, Dwayne Hansen (Maryann) of Red Deer, Charlotte MacKinnon (Jim) of Innisfail and Pat Wiun of Red Deer; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Hansen (Peter James), Riley Hansen, Josh MacKinnon (Kyle Ross), Katie MacKinnon, Ryan Wiun (Jamie) and Kyle Wiun. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
